What Foods and Amounts:
*Milk/Cheese - 2 Servings/Day - 1c. Milk or 1.5 oz. Cheese
*Meat (Egg, Lean, Fish, Poultry)- 1 Egg/Day, > 2 T. Meats/Day
*Peanut Butter - 1 Tablespoons/Day
*Vitamin C Rich Foods - > 1 /Day
*Vitamin A Rich Foods - > 1 /Day
*Other Fruits - > 1 /Day
*Potatoes/Legumes - 2 T./Day
*Vegetables - 1-2 /Day (1/2 cup Servings)
*Breads, Whole Grain, Enriched or Cereal, Rice, Spaghetti-
> 4 /Day; Eat at Home More and Less Eating Out
*Fats - Try and Limit; Increase Fruits, Vegetables, Healthy Foods
*Desserts and Sweets - Try and Choose healthy foods as Graham
Crackers, Vanilla Wafers, Angel Food Cake with Fresh Fruit
