Recommend:

Wounds- 2 t. leaves per 1 cup water, boil for 10 minutes, strain, apply with a clean
cloth

steep 10 to 20 minutes, drink 3 cups a day
AVOID if- Pregnant, under age 2, if a thyroid problem, causes diarrhea,
upset stomach
