Do Not Increase The Intake Of:
 Broccoli
 Cabbage
 Cauliflower
 Foods with Olestra (Fat Substitutes)
 Green Tea
 Lentils
 Liver-Beef, Chicken, Pork
 Seaweed, Soybean Oil, Spinach
Do Not Drink:
 Alcohol
 Cranberry Juice
 Herbal Teas (Teas containing chamomile, tonka bean, melilot, sweet clover, sweet
woodruff)
Do Not Use Herbals Listed:
 Dashen
 Dong Quai
 Echinacea
 Feverfew
 Ginkgo Biloba
 Ginseng
 Red Clover
Do Not Take Unless Health Care Provider Approved: (Amount in Food is Fine)
 Alfalfa supplements or forms of alfalfa
 Coenzyme Q-10 (Ubiquinone, CoQ10)
 Fish Oil Supplement
 Garlic Oil Supplements
 Onion Extract Pills
 Vitamin E above RDA of 15 mg. (30 IU)
Serious bleeding problems can occur if this is not followed.
