lemonade, limeade, Diet Colas, Crystal Lite, Sugar-Free Kool-Aid,
Sugar Free Popsicles, Sugar Free GelatinRemember Liquids are Filling
*Stay Away from Juices- these are high in calories, use your
calories on Healthy Foods
*AVOID- Juices, Milkshakes, Colas and other High Calorie Drinks
Why do I need Snacks between Meals?
*Dehydration- Drinking fluids between meals
*Stomach- try to keep your stomach full to prevent hunger
Foods to AVOID;
Foods high in Fat, Sugar, Fiber, difficult to chew, Fried Foods,
Tough Meats, Meats with Gristle
