WHAT CAN I DO?
*See your Physician *See a Physical Therapist
Arms:
*Stand with legs apart, arms by side, toes outward, feet flat, suck in chest and
stomach, bend at knees, lower body
*Bring arms straight out behind you with shoulders relaxed
*Palms facing inward
*Repeat 10 times or as MD directs
Arms:
*Kneel on all fours, back straight, suck in chest and stomach
*Lower body slowly, so that forehead nearly touches the floor
*Keep head aligned with back
*Return to starting position
*Repeat 10 times or as MD directs
Stretch I:
*Sit on floor with back straight and raise right arm above head, bend elbow
*Put hand in center of back and other arm under arm to feel stretch
*Return and repeat with left arm
*Legs should be bent and cross, one under the other
Stretch II:
*Sit and place right hand on floor, bring right arm toward ceiling
*Sit and place right hand on floor and bring left arm up above your head and
feel the stretch, hold and count to 10 and repeat to right side for 10 times
or as directed by MD
